I am dedicated to creating a supportive and nonjudgemental environment that helps foster trust and curiosity. I provide culturally sensitive, trauma-informed care that utilizes a combination of solution-focused, strengths-based, and cognitive behavioral practices. I operate from a relational and feminist framework, am trained in EMDR therapy and often integrate mindfulness-based techniques and self-compassion into my work. I enjoy working collaboratively with clients and try to adapt my approach to their needs and learning styles.

Individual Therapy

I typically work with clients weekly and provide 50-minute long sessions. Depending on your goals we may meet more or less frequently. The initial 1-2 sessions will be focused on assessment and treatment goals and subsequent sessions will focus on helping you achieve these goals.

Group Therapy & Workshops

My groups and workshops provide a unique opportunity for clients to integrate crafting and expressive arts into the therapeutic process while also supporting peer connection.

50 minute individual therapy session: $120

Currently I am only able to accept BCBS PPO insurance. If you have a different insurance provider and would like to use out of network benefits, I can provide a bill for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. I also offer a limited amount of sliding scale rates. Please contact me if you are interested in exploring this option.
